Sor-not-Best

I walked in at Sorbet Kolonnade to come for my birthday retreat. Wow to my surprise. The ladies there didn’t pay me any mind. Normally I get there and immediately I’m asked as to how may I be assisted, funny not this time around. 3 of them stood by the counter chatting to 1 customer whilst some of ya were being ignored. Even after she left, none of them came to me and asked if I’ve been assisted or not. I stood up to the counter and asked for the manager whom I was told she was out, her name is Masindi. Asked for their customer care line they said they don’t have. I was beyond angry and left. I hope this review helps me and pray they change their customer service cause I’ve never ever been treated like that at any of the sorbets I go to when I need a quick fix. I’m really disappointed.
