Skin Rash

<p>A few weeks ago I had a facial done at the Sorbet in Cavendish. I paid for an hour-long appointment and the appoitnment was booked for 5:15 on Wednesday 21 September. I had to wait about 15 minutes before being seen to and the facial itself only lasted about 40 minutes. This came as quite a surprise to me as I paid R465 for facial that was supposed to be 60 minutes long. </p> <p> </p> <p>The next day I began to develop a rash on my cheeks. Raised bumps surrounded by red blotches covered both cheeks. Obviously anyone would be deeply alarmed by this, however, I have obessive compulsive disorder whuch means that hygiene is hugely important for me. I dedided to pay for an expesive facial because I thought that the expense would ensure professionalism and strigent hygiene regulations. The rash on my face caused me a lot of distress as the worst thing I could imagine from a facial is the worsening of my skin. This experience obviously caused a lot of distress and I'm hugely reluctant to continue to support Sorbet. </p>
