Shortened pedi SORBET Clearwater.

On Sunday 22 Aug I went for a pedi at your Clearwater branch. I am a beauty the****** myself and manage a salon too so I have quite a bit of experience. My pedi was not even 40min long and when I chose a colour from your Gelish collection the colour on the bottle and the colour INSIDE the bottle were WORLDS apart. They are not even REMOTELY the same. My the****** seemed irritated and the ladies kept having conversations between themselves in the salon while busy with clients. This is totally not the service you expect when you pay almost R500 for a pedi and surely not the type of pedi I expected. If I wanted a 40 min pedi with a gel overlay of a colour I didn’t even want I could have done it at home. I previous went for a wax there too and the lady didn’t do a proper wax, she actually broke off the hairs instead of removing them from the follicle. I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed in your service and the time it took to do a gel pedi.
