Shocking service at Sorbet drybar at Forresthill

I just had the most unpleasant unprofessional treatment at Sorbet Drybar at Forresthill mall that I feel as a long time Sorbet customer I have to lay a formal complaint.
I've been doing my nails for more than a year at sorbet and normally had french manicure acrylic overlays. I initially had asked for sculptured nails since I find it is the strongest but have not been able to get a nail technician that can sculpture at Forresthill so had to settle for tips or just overlay on my own nails. I once had to come back after a day because the sealer didn't set, changed color and smudged and was told its a new product and others also had similar experiences so they replaced it for me at no cost, which I gratefully excepted. The last time the technicians however recommended that I try biosculpting gel however after a week it started coming off already. I waited 2 weeks because it is expensive to have to replace it so frequently, but it looked so horrible after 2 weeks that I decided to rather do acrylic again and made an appointment on Saturday for this sunday afternoon at 3pm. When I showed up and showed the receptionist what my nails look like I was informed that the technician, Charlotte refused to do my nails again and nobody else will help me. I didn't ask for special treatment or discount, just said I will rather do acrylic again because the bio sculpture gel didn't seem to work for me. My husband bought me a R1000 giftvoucher from the same shop for mothersday which I wanted to use. When I asked to speak to the owner the receptionest told her I complained before and made it sound like I made the girl cry because I previously came back when the sealer didn't set even though I didnt even see the technician. The owner didn't do anything about it just put the phone down and I was forced to leave. They wouldn't even take the gel of for me. I'm a professional person and sit in meetings the rest of the week, so besides being embarrassed to walk around with such bad looking nails, I also don't have time in the week to have it done somewhere else and could not find openings at other places at such late notice on a Sunday.
I think it is highly unprofessional to leave a long standing client high and dry on a Sunday at 3:30 before a work week with pealing product on their hands and humiliated after I spent a fortune there on nails over the past year. This experience left me hightly disappointed. I will never go back to Forresthill drybar -and That after buying a R1000 gift-voucher for Sorbet!
