Shocking service at Sorbet Cambridge Crossing

I went to Sorbet Cambridge Crossing to get my hair done and upon arrival I was told that my hair would not be washed by a stylist called Annah. I spoke to the manager Candy and she was extremely rude and told me because I was 5 mins late my hair wouldn't be washed. Everytime I have ever been at Sorbet my hair is always washed before styling. But I must say the treatment was horrible. I asked for the managers number and Candy refused to provide it, instead she gave me the JHB support number. It doesn't surprise me that the place is empty. I would not recommend this place for people of colour.
