SHOCKING SERVICE - ALWAYS

I swore I would never return to sorbet after a few attempts with ALWAYS unsatisfactory results. Since I had received a voucher I thought I’d attempt the service again. I went to Sorbet in Sea Point (inside the old Adelphi) centre. I had an eyebrow wax and asked the beautician to trim my eyebrows very slightly, she made the biggest gash in my eyebrow and cut it incorrectly that now I have a square cut in the middle of my growth. I am still utterly disgusted with the service of ALL Sorbet branches and I will NEVER return
