Shocking Experience at Sorbet Sandton

Instore appointment made on 29 August for 4:30. Arrived 4:27. Was assisted 4:30 with soak off. Lady started and i was told she will be doing soak off and another lady would paint. Fine. She was done with soak and said other lady coming. 3 other clients worked in they were assisted immediately the lady that was supposed to do me then started with one of the clients that just walked in!! I asked the lady that did soak off if she is going to continue with paint mind u its now 17: 20!! She said no she doesnt know how to. I said but my appointment was 4:30 and now i must sit and wait???

Nothing happened further. I got up went to reception to find out what is going on all i was told is sorry. I said im not waiting a minute longer . Went sat again still no assistance. I got up and left.

Unprofessional pathetic service sorbet! I cannot believe this Shocking Experience i have never been so disrespected.
