**** trashy service at sorbet men Cresta, Stay away from this nonsense

made an appointment with sorbet cresta to do a facial, was told my appointment is moved to sorbet in the same mall went there, and when i got there i was told they cant do my facial, went down to sorbet men downstairs and when i told them what happened they recommended i go to the one in clearwater mall which is 25 miniutes away and they will do my facial , when i got there they didi the wrong facial and i was told they dont even offer the facial i requested afterwards. only found out when i was paying that they had done the wrong facial, trashy service from sorbet mem and sorbet, utterly disgusted by the way they treat their clientele. i wasted my time, petrol and got a wrong facial done to top it all. The owwner at sorbet men cresta showed no interest, didnt give a damn, didnt care and still reffered me to the wrong store, she only cared about a free voucher not service, and kept on telling me she will get me a free voucher as if i had asked for such ****. uttterly disgusted by their service. Sorbetmen Cresta is bogus do not waste your time going there , rude, ineffective employees and franchise owner who thinks shes made it and doesnt care about the clientele anymore.
