She pulled my eyelashes out! Disgusting service from Sorbet Melrose Arch!

<p> I am seriously unhappy with the treatment I received on Friday the 12th of August. I booked for an eyelash extension session with F.iki and they gave me a horrid lady called Ro.chelle (whom I had before and did the same thing to my lashes). She pulled my actual eye lashes out and persisted to cut them as well. Not to mention gluing my eye lid shut. It was excruciating. I was rolling around in pain but she persisted to tell me that this is normal. NO IT WAS NOT because I've had my eye lashes done many times before! The staff of Sorbet Melrose arch are disinterested and totally unwelcoming. When I told them my greviance they just looked blatantly. No form of customer service at all. I want something to be done! I have called the customer care line and eagerly await a response or some action. This is unacceptable! Will never be doing my eye lashes at a sorbet again.</p>
