Service excellent

Today i went to Sorbet in Westgate mall, and what a professional and warm welcome by the door from the lady named Thembi, she was so informative and with excellent communication s****s. They followed a 100% covid-19 protocols which includes completing questionnaires hand sanitasing amd gad washing, including decontamination of all equipment used including nail polish. When i was done with all that was required in order for them to start with treatment they were so patient with me and never taken me for granted because i was using my samsumg vouchers.

I went for my eye brows for tint and waxing but the lady who was doing my eyebrows her customer service needs intervention. How ever i spoke to the owner and sge dealt with the complain so professional and satisfying.

I went for my nails and i was helped by the lady called Phumla, this lady is so amazing, her customer service, her communication s****s, her smile, oh my God i felt at home, she made me to even forgive the lady who did my brows. Its true whats been said that it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. She did my manecure and padecure with love.

My greatest appreciation to the owner Julie (thank you very much for leading by example), to Thembi thank you very much for the perfect service and smile. To Phumla you are an angel, your good service healed my heart.
