*** service!!!!!!!!

Sorbet gateway is absolutely terrible! The service is horrible, they make it seem like they’re doing you a favour and you’re a burden even though you’re paying for their services. The staff members are so stubborn. I had my nail fixed at the gateway branch, I left the store after fixing my nail and went back because I realised how untidy the job done was and how it did not match the rest of my set. The lady at sorbet insisted that that it was the same as my other nails. What happened to making sure it’s what the customer wants?!!!!! Without any hassle! Never experienced this at another sorbet, I’m so damn disappointed
