Sad days for Sorbets!

I have been going to Sorbet since I was pregnant from my first born , he is now 13 years old. I started at the greenstone branch and loved the Drybar concept ,all in one. For years I have been a loyal customer. Sadly the service has slowly declined ,today I still go because it’s convenient but the new thing is the the******s are using the electric gelish removal stick on nails to remove the gelish faster ,this can’t be good for our nails. If the managers are not keeping an eye on service provided who am I to ask , is using this electric machine the best for our nail beds? It’s just sad, I’m going to have to say good bye to Sorbet. The concept was amazing a one stop shop where you could rely on customer care now it’s like everything else ,you have to complain !!! when all you want is feel beautiful,to get through the harder days. Now that’s even gone. I don’t like complaining il just never go back.
