Ruined my hair!

My name is Mrs Ellen Tshabalala l am hereby writing this email to complain about the poor service provided by your company (Sobet hair salon) in Mall of Africa. I came to your salon on the 19th of August 2023 past Saturday for maintaining my dreadlocks, I wanted to put blond color on them, but the hairdresser decided to start by bleaching them. I asked her not to leave the bleach on my locks for long she agreed, yet she went out to the kitchen until her colleague noticed that my hair was burning it has smoke, she was then called back to the salon. With deep regrets my hair got burnt and turned into a color l didn't request for to add on that when l check them thoroughly also the quantity short hence l have the before and after photos .

The length is no longer the same, most of my locks are coming off.

Yesterday I spoke with Jade, I was told that Sorbet haibar deals with white customer's only. while I was told that Refiloe is an expect when it comes to dreadlocks.
