Rude,unprofessional and arrogant

I have done few treatments at Sorbet Northcliff Square including manicure,pedicures and full body massages.The last time I went was to do a soak off by the same branch that did the nails,it was hell.Today I phoned to make a booking for full body massage and full pedicure I was attacked and told to go somewhere else by Portia.She could not even allow me to ask what was the issue.If a person complains about service they are wrong,they get attacked and given nasty attitude.
