Rude receptionist and beauticians

I went to a sorbet for a walk in at 2 pm at greenstone mall , I was told to come back at 3:30 pm … I left the mall and when I got back the ladies at the reception were very rude , shouting at me and telling me they canceled my booking because I was 20 mins late. They said they called me when I checked the call it was a minute before I arrived at the reception and my boyfriend felt so bad that he apologized to keep the peace .
