Really bad customer service.

<p>So yesterday 14/06/2016. I asked my boyfriend to book a appointment at Sorbet for 18:15. He went to them and they told him the lady leaves at 6, if I can be there before 17:45 they can still help me. Im driving from Centurion so traffic is bad, but i was there at 17:40.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i got in, the lady looked like she had a long day, i could barely hear what she was saying because of her lack of enthusiasm. So, i ingnored it and explained that my boyfriend was here and i made it on time, she then denied speaking to him. Shortly he joined me at Sorbet and I asked him who did he speak to, and he said the same lady that i spoke to. So i told her, i am on time, she's not leaving yet, theres 20 minutes so we can quickly pluck my eyebrows.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then she said, 'No they need me for an half an hour." Everytime i was there it didnt even take 10 minutes. So then the receptionist lady went and called the girl who was suppose to help me, and she said " i need 30 minutes. " They were rude and very dismissive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have worked in retail before, if we close at 19:00 and a customer needs assistance 1 minute before closing time, we help them. We NEVER give excuses. I will NEVER see Sorbet again. Last nights experience just put me off. The mall closes at 19:00 not 6, and specially not because she leaves at 6. There were numerous times that i have had to work up until 8 because of customers coming in at last minute. BUT, they knew i was coming. Why even say you can help me and then change your tune?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really disgusted. Honestly - its pathetic.</p>
