R600 for what?

on the 17 dec I called to make an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. I didn’t get an sms which I thought was a bit weird. Saturday I called to add a pedicure to my eyebrows and nails. To which they said it was fine.

I get to the salon, they couldn’t find my booking and asked me to confirm the number I used to which I did. They asked what services im having and I told them eyebrows, nails and pedi.

When I did my eyebrows I asked the lady to shape them to which she told me no she will follow my shape and next time to book threading its the only way to shape. I thought that was a bunch of nonsense but I bit my tongue.

I did my nails, I asked for red she told me she can’t see the number on the nail tester so gave me another. (my index finger and my thumb are peeling already)

When I was done I asked what about my pedicure, they said go through. Made me sit down, choose a colour then told me I couldn’t do it because they are fully booked and that in future to book my services. I told her but that’s what I did, I don’t go anywhere without a booking because im busy, I don’t have time to wait.

When I tried to communicate to the manager how embarrassing and how unprofessional it is she told me its not about complaining they cant help me. She then asked me why did I not mention to the nail lady im doing a pedicure. I told her im not going to be confirming my treatments to the whole salon as that’s why I made a booking.

She was completely unsympathetic and extremely rude.

I will tell everyone NOT to use Sorbet R600 later and im left with unshaped eyebrows, chipped nail polish and no pedicure.
