Quick to take your money but not interested in rectifying their mistake

However my last visit on 21 October I was charged R950.00 for my Brazilian which was no problem to me EXCEPT by Wednesday the Brazilian was already out of my hair, my curl was back. I do no use Sorbet's shampoo/conditioner as it is way over priced so I use the shampoo/conditioner at Dischem that is made for Brazilian hair, I have never experienced a problem with this product. I immediately contacted Sorbet to tell them the Brazilian is e product or it expired or possibly it was done with a bad intention. I have a friend that experienced the same problem and Sorbet didn't even have the decency to return her calls and apologize. If this is how Sorbet treat their customers they will definitely not be seeing me again.
