Poor service, tardiness

Sorbet at Potchefstroom, Mooirivier mall: Extremely poor service, I had to wait 40 minutes for my treatment to begin. I asked prior my treatment if it will be possible and was assured. Then a few minutes later was told I would only wait for 10 minutes, that turned into 40 minutes, another client took my place. I had booked my treatment prior the client that took my place. My dissatisfaction was also not taken seriously, I am extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would
