Poor service on bookings

This is not the first time that this has happened to me. But today I am livid! <br> I went into the store on 25 February to make an appointment for a quick paint on hands and feet for 10:00, Sunday 6 March.<br> I repeatedly asked Estelle if she had the right time. She confirmed and showed me on the computer, that it was for 10:00. I was happy to see the booking and wrote it in my diary. <br> I was sent a text today, saying that my appointment is for 9. Of course I called the store and they could not help me, saying that they are fully booked. I have heard on a previous occasion, when they booked for a 'regular' and told her that they will just move the other customer to another time slot. This was clearly the case with me. <br> I am livid, as I have to cut short my church service to accommodate *********** staff. Now I understand why so many of my friends refuse to go back there. They all complain about front desk staff making you wait, eating in front of customers etc. Highly unprofessional. Badly run business. Every time I had a problem, it was with Estelle.
