Poor service indeed

I called the afternoon of the 28th April to make late appointment for my nails, I arrived at sorbet in typervally just mins later for my appointment upon my arrival I was informed that lady whom is due to assist is running late and I will be assisted soonest. My book was for 4:30. One lady assisted with just starting the process by soak off my pro polish nails, I sat there for more then 40mins waiting for this lady whom was due to do my nails to a point which I had to go back to recipient to ask when will be assisted, I normal don't like do to sorbet saloon because the service is poor.. But what happened that day left me disappointment so at the end the lady whom started the process just soaked off my nails and I left because I wasn't willing to be in place that doesn't care about customer service.....disgusting indeed service
