Poor service from Sorbet

Unhappy with the service. Make appointments for a haircut, arrive to find out that there is no stylist to accommodate me. Later realise that gift card expired a few days before and they refuse to accommodate, despite turning up previously to be inconvenienced as a result of no stylist being available. Then we wonder why Sorbet outlets are closing down
