Poor service both from the Liberty group and SORBETmall@reds

It breaks my heart to write this I have been working for Sorbet group almost for 4 years in 2016 I was asked to join the Liberty pension fund so that I can get money when I stop working it's been 2 months since I stopped working for Sorbetmall@reds and everytime when I call Liberty to ask about my funds they tell me that Nicollette is owing she needs to reconcile for some other months which she did not pay and this has been going on for 2 weeks now when I ask Nicollette she says she paid everything so at this point I don't know who to believe I am starting to feel like maybe this was a ****.
