Poor service

I'm coming to write this review after I had poor service at Sorbet man in East Gate mall in Johannesburg, my first wax I had was in Witbank hands down Sharon was the best the****** and she made me feel comfortable as possible I had an amazing experience, she made sure I understood the different types of wax they had and I wish all the branches offer same excellent services. I paid R300 for Hollywood wax and it was worth the service I got where else I paid R400 at Sorbet for men in East Gate for me to get home and twizz the hair the lady didn't remove etc, this was my second time and I was so disappointed I went there around 12 pm they told me I must come back at 3 pm I get it I was a walk-in customer but wait for 3hrs only to get bad experience let me just say I would travel to Mpumalanga if I can to get my wax by Sharon but unfortunately I have relocated to jhb with work. I just thought I would get the same experience I got with the other salon hence why I chose to go back but it was just awkward!!
