Poor service

I'm only coming here after I had poor service at sorbet man in east gate mall jhb because I thought I would get the same experience I got when I did my wax in Witbank sorbet highveld mall Sharon was the best the****** hands down she made me feel comfortable, she made sure I understood the different types of wax they had and I paid R300 for Hollywood wax it was worth it where else I paid R400 at sorbet man only for me to get home and twizz some hairs that were left not waxed properly, I went there at 12pm they told me I must come back at 3 pm I understand I was a walk-in customer but wait for 3hrs to get a bad experience I was so disappointed if I can I would travel to Mpumalanga just to get my wax by Sharon because what I experienced was just awkward and sad!
