Poor service

<p>On 6 May 2017 I had an appointment at 10 for a Hollywood at the above branch and had the worst experience ever. To begin with the room where my treatment was done was filthy, the the****** never wore gloves and she bruised my private part. I have major difficulty walking and I am in excruciating pain. During my treatment I have told her that she was hurting me and explained that at the canal walk branch my treatment was never this painful. She also app**** wax to my ****. After telling her a few times she is hurting me, she said it is not her it is the wax that is used.I was completely uncomfortable about how the the****** handled herself.</p>
