Poor service

My wife, Sohana Maharaj, visited the Sorbet branch in the Mall of Africa on the 28th Mar 2018 for a pedicure and manicure, on the eve of her birthday. As a regular client at the Blue Hills Shopping Mall branch, she qualified for a birthday voucher. Unfortunately the nail colour polish she wanted was not stocked at the Blue Hills branch. On Saturday, the 24th March 2018, while at the Mall of Africa, she enquired from the Sorbet Branch on site on the colour. The person she spoke to told her that they do have the colour, therefore, my wife went ahead and made the appointment. Sadly, when she got there on the 28th, she was told that they did not have the colour of her choice and moreover, the pedicure she got was of the lowest standard possible. Her heels are just as hard and cracked as before the pedicure. I have advised her to look for another grooming service where service delivery is of the utmost importance
