Poor service

I was at sorbet in the grove mall to do my nails, the nails was on for less than a week and one broke, a week after the nails were on TWO others broke, when I called to ask if they could help me one lady said they could possibly not help me because I waited to long and another lady said that they could help me, when I returned they said they'd have to charge me and then when they did assist me with the broken nails they were sarcastic and going on as if they are doing me a favor to fix their poor work. Less than two days after they had fixed my nails the same nail they had fixed broke again. POOR SERVICE POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS.
