Poor receptionist

I booked a wax with a specific lady at Sorbey, The Grove for 09h00. When I got there the receptionist, Mercedes, told me that they were behind schedule even though they only open at 09h00 (that confused me). She then told me they do not have enough rooms. They asked me to come back at 09h30. I then still waited 30min when finally someone assisted me at 10h00. This was not the lady I made a booking with. I was then told that I was never on the system for the day. I know people make mistakes and I am usually very accommodating in this regard. What I, however, did not appreciate was being **** to. I then confronted Mercedes and she ignored me and answered her phone instead. This was really unprofessional and disrespectful!
