Poor Quality of Service
I had a "soak off" appointment on Wednesday 31st October 2018 at 5pm, at the Farrarmere branch in Johannesburg, the lady that did my nails did not even take off the glue properly from my nails, and left my fingers with bruises because of filing my "fingers" instead of my " finger nails". I am very unhappy with the service.
