POOR QUALITY NAILS
Today I had a 12pm appointment at Sorbet Benmore New sets of tips with Gelish overlay. The lady who was doing them is Bonisiwe. The quality of nails produced is really horrible. My experience in a nutshell, firstly she did acrylic on my nails and then finished them off with gelish. I had clearly asked for gelish. Then she proceeds to paint my nails as if she had never painted nails before. My shape is not properly done, she had to put 3 layers of nail polish!!!! It took 2 hours to have my nails done. I don't even want to get to the inappropriate conversations during my treatment (her colleagues). My experience with Sorbet has been professional before however after today's experience i'm not too sure of that. In a nutshell I HATE MY NAILS. I couldn't even ask her to take them out as I had to rush back to the office for a meeting.
