Poor quality

I booked an appointment at Sorbet V and A waterfront while on holiday in Cape Town. At the time I had pollygel, I booked for a soak off and a new application of Gel. To start the beauty the****** given to me tells me that pollygel is going to take her FOREVER to remove and thereafter sighs at me as if I'm getting a free service. She then begins to use a nail clip and nail file to start removing as it would be FASTER for her. After cutting my nails different lengths , she leaves me sitting there for 20 minutes and sends another the****** to finish her mess. The new the****** insist I need to do a bio sculpture application as it may be expensive but will cover the damage on my nails. Hence I agreed. I was done and was asked to pay R1450 my god what a high amount for a gel application which I was not happy with only to have 2 of my nails break the very next day!

I would definitely never return to Sorbet and waste that amount of money on poor quality
