Poor hygiene

I had a gelish soak-off and reapplication today at the Rosebank branch. The lady who did my nails was quite untidy (clothes unruly, dirt on name tag, untidy nails with chipped/bitten nail polish) which I wouldn't mind except that i saw her clean her teeth with her fingers before sitting down to do my nails. She also rubbed her hands on her nose while sniffing during the treatment. I think this is really unacceptable, and the first time I experienced such in any beauty salon. She also seemed so nervous and shakey while doing my nails that she cut my finger quite badly with the cuticle cutter because she was so unsteady. She had no experience on how to deal with the cut, and just kept dabbing the tissues with artificial nail remover chemicals on it. <br> <br> I'm placing this post here so that management can perhaps offer training to her. I will not be visiting the branch again , so please don't offer a phone call with an apology, rather try to solve the problem.
