Poor customer service

The staff members are not welcoming and far from friendly. I booked an appointment for 17:00 yet the staff booked me for 16:00 without notifying me. I didn't even receive an sms or call confirming my booking. The lady at the front desk did not even bother to apologize or try to book me for another slot. Insteadtthey assisted the next lady that came into the store. The lack of customer care and ************** is really appalling.
