Poor Communication/lack of time keeping

I’ve been going to sorbetman for quite some time now and was very happy with the service up until last week.My appointment was messed up and was left sitting for over 20min like an absolute idiot ,I walk out of the store as The staff lack common sense in keeping to schedules. There clearly a breakdown in communication between customers.Sorbet should really do something about this,some sort of training should to all employees should suffice.
