Poor communication - Don't waste your time!
Visited Sorbet Cavendish hoping to chat to someone about the best skin care range for my skin. The receptionist said they offered a free skin mapping service and assigned a consultant. Who clearly didn't get the memo and thought I wanted a face wax. When we eventually got on the same page she lead me to the front of the shop and asked which products I'd like. If I knew, I wouldn't ask for your help.
