Pathetic service sorbet man mall of Africa

Sorbet man is one of the most pathetic salons I have ever been too, i arrived atleast 10 minutes before my appointed time for an appointment which was made personally a day before, i was asked to sit down and i will be assisted by one of the stylists, i wait 15 minutes and no one bothered to ask if i have been assisted as yet , i see people coming into the salon being seated down and being assisted before me, so my question is what's the point of even making a damn appointment if no assistance can be rendered to the people who actually make these appointment bookings, i have been there once and the experience was pleasant and that's why I chose to go again, however with what I have experienced today I don't think I will ever go back.
