Pathetic service

If i could give negative stars review i would. i purchased a voucher for my wife's Birthday my thinking a group like sorbet you cant go wrong. Big mistake its been nothing but a nightmare multiple phone calls, WhatsApp's and being pushed from one person to the next and still nothing has been resolved and this is just to make a booking.

Between the Blue route and Steenberg branches both are pathetic they change dates multiple time then someone can do the procedure just be told they cant a day later. then you ask to speak to a manager and get told they aren't available and they not sure when they due back. what kind of armature setup up is this not to mention they blady rude sending WhatsApp messages like " HELLO????" seconds after sending the first message. if i knew this is how they operate i would have stayed far away.

Disappointed to say the least what's worse eventually if we ever are able to make a booking we still have to use Sorbet id rather take my business elsewhere.
