Pathetic customer service!! SORBET RUSTENBURG
Rustenburg Waterfall Mall branch. Unacceptable customer service. I have been a regular customer for quite some time. Called to confirm appointment to be told my the****** had left and that they had forgotten to call me. Requested Gelish hands with strengthening coat. Alt the****** app**** another product not confirming the price and I insisted I pay for what I booked for. They insisted on dbl soaking and filing my nails to remove the product as I was not prepared to pay for the product they app**** in error. Compromising the condition of my nails.The manager, owner and head office have not resolved this complaint 2 weeks on despite my numerous requests. 100% customer satisfaction pathetic and then to insinuate the customer is a **** and argue about it. Very offended!
