Pathetic customer service

Worst run branch ever. NEVER in my life have i ever recived such poor service. How can you refuse a client samples and state that i have to buy the product to get a sample how does your employees brains work because that is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. And apparently that is your company policy hahahaha then you should just close down all your branches if thats how they are run i have spent over 40000 at your stores and you refuse to give me a sample after i have just told your store manager that i have left mine at home. Manager name tsholo is just making up her own policy in your store well done sorbet on your truly poor service and will not refer your stores to anyone and you have plainly lost my business.
