Pathetic attitude and service

SORBET GREENSTONE

I called into Sorbet greenstone on Saturday at about 10:00 and spoke to one of the consultants, she seems quite okay on the phone and I asked her if they do waxing and if there were any appointments available, she said yes they do and they do have a opening at 12:00 and 14:00 I gave her my details for the 12:00 but I was in a bit of a hurry and she was really slow on the phone so I told her to please book it for 12:00 with my number and I will fill in my details when I get there and she agreed.

When I got there I was dressed very casual and was given horrible looks from the ladies sitting at reception when they finally attended to me which took a really long time I told the lady that I am there for my wax appointment and she seemed confused so I asked her, is this the branch that does waxing as I know some places that do hair and nails don't necessarily offer other treatments and she looked at me with such a ridiculous look and said "this is sorbet, of course we do waxing" and I rep**** and said "I made an appointment for 12:00, I am a bit early and I don't mind waiting" she then asked for my name and I told her I gave the lady my number so I wrote it down for her, she then went to the computer and said there's nothing under me and they fully booked...I was so annoyed and showed them their number on my call log and the time I called and she shrugged her shoulders. I vented and told her how horrible the service was and how long I had to wait and when another lady walked into the store she said please hold on I need to see to the customer I'll be back now now...My boyfriend looked at me and couldn't help but laugh at the ridiculousness of the situation and the attitude that we just walked out and I had to go to skin PHD where I had none of this.

This isn't the first time I received attitude from Sorbet, the bedford centre branch is just as bad.
