Painful experience with acrylic nails

I had an acrylic set done on both my hands and feet, and the experience was far from acceptable. During the application, the technician was so rough that several of my cuticles were cut open, causing bleeding and discomfort. The overall handling felt rushed and careless.

The removal process was even more distressing. Although I was aware that acetone would be used, I was not prepared for how painfully hot it was. After multiple dips in the heated solution, it was discovered that improper tips had been used in the original application—ones that do not dissolve in acetone. This resulted in prolonged exposure and unnecessary pain.

This was not the standard of service I expected, and I truly hope measures are taken to improve both technique and care toward clients.
