Opposite of what Sorbet stands for (Morningside Shopping Centre branch)

I wish I'd read the reviews before going here! My usual branch is Benmore Gardens, which is so heavenly compared to Morningside Shopping Centre. This branch may be bigger and a bit more "spiffy" in that it has taps at the pedicure stations, but that is where the attempted elegance ends. Reception is crowded, inattentive, and noisy. It gets even noisier inside as the the******s do not stop talking to each other loudly the entire time. Literally nonstop. Unprofessional. Who is the manager here?? It only got quiet once there were only two clients left, and most the******s had clocked off at end of day. I was unsatisfied with both my bio sculpture manicure and my evo power pedicure in terms of the treatments during, as well as end results. The evo on the left side of my right toe lifted after 3 days! Worst of all, this branch is so busy full that it doesn't even care about the adverse reviews. Uncomfortable service seems to work here? I am running back to my peaceful, *professional*, attentive, customer-orientated, and well skilled Benmore branch!
