Operating Hours Displayed on Website, but no The******s for Treatments

I am extremely disappointed with your Blue Route Mall Tokai branch. The website says the store closes at 7pm on Friday. I called to make an appointment for an upper lip wax on Friday 2 December at 6pm. I was told I could not be helped, as the ladies leave at 6pm. When I queried this, as lip wax usually takes no longer than 10 minutes, I was told the store only sells products to walk-ins between 6-7pm. Please can you explain to me how this makes business sense?? The store opens until 7pm, but you don't see clients from 6pm. It's like walking into Woolworths at 6pm, but they advertise they close at 7pm and all the cashiers have left at 6pm. Then rather close your store at 6pm when your the******s leave. This is unacceptable and has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
