Not the feeling I expected

I am truly upset with the service and treatment I received from Sorbet Wonderpark! I called last week Thursday to make an appointment for Saturday (chin wax and back and neck massage). I am getting married in September needed to relax and escape my hectic schedule of planning my big day, sadly wonderpark added to my stress.

I arrived at 11 as per my appointment and to my shock I was placed on the waiting list!?!? I made an appointment confirmed for 11 but yet I was on some waiting list, how does that happen??? I received no communication informing me that I'm on some waiting list. I drove all the way from Pretoria West to be told I had made an appointment to be placed on some waiting list! I asked for the manager and conveniently there was no manager on duty.

They could only squeeze me in at 13:30 what's the point of scheduling an appointment if this is the way appointments are handled??? What in the world was I meant to do I asked am really disappointed I love your products and the service I have received from Sorbet Brooklyn and Harties, I didn't get the feeling!!!!
