Not happy

The first two appointments I made the “failed” to capture it on the system, and only after I have waited 10min they informed me that no one was able to assist me, the 3rd appointment I made I was 5min late because of traffic, when i got there the told me because i was 5 min late for my appointment, I had to wait 35min till someone will be able to help me. I feel it’s unacceptable and probably will never visit again. Please know that I’m speaking of Sorbet in Herm****
