I am so disappointed by the service I received I was late with 5 minutes when I arrived I found that the was a lady who was supposed to my nails is busy with walk in customer who did not make an appointment which my appointment was 15:00 on 24th December 2019 I was assisted by the the other lady after waiting for 45 minutes this was even not sure about the shape of the nails the she did that while we were waiting for the lady to finish then I was assisted at around 17:30 then the told us we were left with 30 minutes because she was in a hurry to knock off she didn't even care about me as a customer which it was her fault from the beginning to allow others to the nails without an appointment so I would like the manager to attend to my query
