No Service from Sorbet!

For the third time this year I have booked an appointment with Sorbet and had it cancelled at the last minute. That is 100% of the times I made bookings with them. <br> I don't often use beauticians, but when I do, I have taken time off work to do so.<br> Is it just me, or do they bump casual customers to make space for regulars, or are they just extremely unreliable?<br> Three times in a row is not acceptable. I will definitely not be using them again!
