NO MORE SORBET HAIR BAR ,TABLE BAY MALL EVER!Complete waste of money!!!

Having had a harrowing experience on the day of my daughter's matricball in 2022 I vowed never to make use of Sorbet Hair Bar,Table Bay Mall.I however succumbed to my youngest daughter's Plea to have a treatment done.I didn't stay with her but she was accosted with a myriad of questions i.e "why did you change your appointment time"(because her appointment fell within loadshedding),"why are you choosing this treatment?"I chose it not my daughter and then to be told that the stylist was now going to arrive late because of my daughter and to our horror at home,we found that the product wasn't rinsed out of her hair completely and the entire blowdrying and flat ironing process was CLEARLY rushed.NEVER AGAIN will I be made a fool again.Needless to say their promise of "if you're not happy with your hair,we'll refund you your money" never realised or else ***s would fly
