No interst to help FROM TELKOM

<p> I have a business line at SORBET GLENVISTA. TELKOM is refusing to check whether my internet line is problematic or not and assists that I take the router to TELKOM to go and check. No way forward.</p> <p> ********** 373 . My internet always ges down and then they assist by sending someone to check to get it up or does it electronically.</p>
